New secure payment forms application to replace Quick Pledge 

Stations can look forward to a new service from Digital Services this year that helps stations reach revenue goals by deeply engaging with their audience through email, social, mobile and Web platforms.  The new Digital Marketing Suite (DMS) is designed to be a flexible and modular software solution for those responsible for online membership and development revenue. The first application to be released is a new digital donation form application called, Capture.

Here's what to expect in the new Capture forms:

  • Responsive donation forms optimized for mobile, tablet or desktop PC 
  • Flexible forms with premium display
  • Secure, PCI-compliant hosting as an eCommerce application
  • A/B and Multivariate testing
  • Expanded payment options including EFT
  • Support for multiple donor database/CRM systems
  • e-Commerce tracking with Google Analytics

For those stations who currently use either Quick Pledge or Pulse services, we will continue to support your use of both products as we develop, test and refine the Digital Marketing Suite ahead of release.

Look for more information later this year about our full Digital Marketing Suite, which in addition to these new donation forms, includes other options for stations looking for an integrated solution with an email campaign service as well as favorable rates for CRM consulting services.

The timeline for migrating current Quick Pledge stations to Digital Marketing Suite's Capture application will be determined after a short alpha pilot with stations is completed this August.
