Quick Pledge: Resetting Your Password for Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication is launching on Quick Pledge on June 1, 2015.  All Quick Pledge user accounts will be reset on this day.

Here's how to access your account the first time once the changes are live:

1. RESET YOUR PASSWORD

Go to you normal Quick Pledge login screen & click on the password reset link:

Enter you password in the field provided and hit SUBMIT.

The system will email a link to reset your password.  Follow

2. LOGIN WITH YOUR NEW PASSWORD

Once your password has been reset, go back to your Quick Pledge login screen and login using your email address as you username, and the new password you just selected.

3. SEND YOURSELF YOUR SECURITY CODE

After you log in you will come to a second security screen that requires a security code to pass.

Press the REQUEST CODE button to have your security code texted to your cell phone:

Quick Pledge will send a text to your cell phone with the code you need.  Enter the code number in the field and click LOG IN.

You are now logged into Quick Pledge.
